Returns & Refunds
We hope you're happy with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, please see our return policy below.
Online Purchases
For online purchases, customers within the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving a reason.
To make a return, please contact us within this 14-day period. Once you have notified us, you then have 14 days to return the item.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unused, other than what is reasonably necessary to try the item on
- In their original condition
- With original tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please take care when trying items on. We reserve the right to reduce a refund where an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or fit and this has resulted in a loss of value.
Returning an Online Purchase
Please contact us at contact@bloodorangestore.com to arrange your return.
We will organise a DHL return label and email you the return instructions.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
Please package returned items securely to prevent damage during transit.

There is no return shipping charge when an online order is returned directly to the store.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
The cost of any return shipping label provided by us will be deducted from your refund.
If only part of an order is returned, the original delivery charge is not refunded.
If an entire order is returned under the statutory EU right of withdrawal, the standard delivery charge originally paid will also be refunded. Additional costs for express, upgraded or alternative delivery methods are not refundable.
If your order originally qualified for free shipping, there is no original delivery charge to refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that they have been sent back.
Sale Items Purchased Online
Sale and discounted items purchased online are covered by the same statutory EU withdrawal rights as full-price online purchases.
Return shipping remains the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges for Online Orders
We do not process direct exchanges for online orders.
If you would like a different size, colour or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
In-Store Purchases
For purchases made directly in our store, we offer exchange or store credit on full-price items within 7 days.
Items must be unworn, with tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt.
Sale items purchased in store are final sale.
We do not offer refunds on in-store purchases for change of mind.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this return policy.
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at contact@bloodorangestore.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Where an item is faulty, damaged or has been sent incorrectly, BLOODORANGE will cover the reasonable cost of returning the item.
Non-EU Returns
For customers outside the EU, change-of-mind returns are accepted at our discretion.
Please contact us before returning an item. Where a return is approved, return shipping costs and any associated duties, taxes or charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping costs are not refundable for non-EU change-of-mind returns unless required by applicable law.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges applied by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless specifically stated otherwise.
