Rates and Free Shipping Thresholds

• Netherlands: €7.50, or free shipping on orders over €400 (3–5 business days)
• Belgium, Germany, and France: €15, free on orders over €400 (3–5 business days)
• Rest of Europe: €40, free on orders over €500 (4–6 business days)
• USA and Canada: Flat Rate €45 on all orders (4–6 business days)
• Australia and New Zealand: Flat Rate €55 on all orders (4–6 business days)

International Duties and VAT

• Orders shipped outside the European Union are sent Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).
• This means import duties, taxes, or fees may apply when your order arrives in your country. These costs are not covered by BLOODORANGE STORE and are the customer’s responsibility.
• For non-EU shoppers, 21% VAT is automatically deducted at checkout once you enter your shipping details.

• We ship with DHL: DHL Parcel for domestic orders and DHL Express for international deliveries.

Returns & Refunds

EU Customers

Right of Withdrawal

For online purchases, customers within the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving a reason.

To make a return, please contact us within this 14-day period. Once you have notified us, you then have 14 days to return the item.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn and unused, other than what is reasonably necessary to try the item on
• In their original condition
• With original tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to reduce a refund where an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and this has resulted in a loss of value.

How to Return an Online Purchase

We will organise a DHL return label and email you the return instructions.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

Please package returned items securely to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and checked.

If only part of an order is returned, the original delivery charge is not refunded.

If an entire order is returned under the statutory EU right of withdrawal, the standard delivery charge originally paid will also be refunded.

Additional costs for express or upgraded delivery are not refundable.

If your order qualified for free shipping, there is no original delivery charge to refund.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges for online orders.

If you would like a different size, colour or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Sale Items

Sale and discounted items purchased online are covered by the same statutory EU withdrawal rights as full-price online purchases.

Return shipping remains the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at contact@bloodorangestore.com.

Where an item is faulty, damaged or has been sent incorrectly, we will cover the reasonable cost of returning the item.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.

Non-EU Customers

Change-of-mind returns for customers outside the EU are accepted at our discretion.

Please contact us before returning an item. Where a return is approved, return shipping costs and any associated duties, taxes or charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges applied by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless specifically stated otherwise.
